With more than 25 years of financial, operational, and executive management experience, Warren Kohm functioned in his last role as Senior Vice President and CFO of Red River. Over the past 2 years, Warren was responsible for several key operational functions in the company including Finance, Planning, M&A Accounting, Treasury, Tax, AP/AR, Supply Chain and Logistics as well as Commissions and Compensation. Warren is a highly respected finance executive in the government, defense and intel industry, with vast experience in private equity backed; and large, publicly traded companies.

Prior to joining Red River in 2021, Warren was the Corporate Controller, VP of FP&A of Alion Science and Technology and was a driving force behind the deal to sell that company to Huntington Ingalls Industries (HII) in 2021 after working there for 6 years. Warren also has served as Vice President and Controller of Capgemini Government Solutions, a subsidiary of Capgemini Worldwide, a provider of consulting solutions, technology, and digital transformation across the world.

Prior to working at Capgemini, Warren worked at Booz Allen Hamilton, a provider of information solutions, engineering and consulting services to the intelligence community, Department of Defense, and federal government. While at Booz, Warren led their FP&A, forecasting, and financial analytic and strategy teams after helping the company go public. Earlier in his career at Booz, Warren was the segment CFO for the $1.5B Civilian Business / Commercial Business.

Warren also served at CGI Inc. (formerly AMS), Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting LLP), in both segment CFO, segment Controller and finance leadership roles respectively.

Warren received a master’s degree in business administration from Johns Hopkins University and a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Virginia. He is a father of 3 and has participated actively in the community for 15 years as a youth baseball and basketball coach. During his playing days in college, Warren was a member of UVA’s lacrosse team.
