We are delighted to share that Sandy has joined us as a Senior Consultant. At SAS, Sandy will be directly supporting our clients’ missions through SAS’ strategic services division.
A former NASA astronaut, who flew on the final space shuttle flight, STS-135, Sandy has also served as Executive Director of AIAA for five and a half years and was Deputy Director for Engineering within the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering. Sandy’s space missions included a 134 day stay on the ISS as part of Expedition 18.
